If I had to pick one celebrity in Hollywood who, no matter what scenario you told me he or she was in, I’d automatically believe it, it’d be Bill Shatner.
The man has had so many different careers, and been in so many odd moments, that I truly wouldn’t be stunned by anything he does.
Half the time I think Shatner gets that people are making fun of him when he tries to be serious. The other half of the time I think he’s generally clueless. The man has learned to laugh at himself while also being taken seriously, not an easy taks.
I tell you all of this because I discovered a show called “Shatner’s Raw Nerve” Thursday night. It airs on Biography Channel, and basically it’s Shatner sitting in a chair next to a celebrity, nodding and and saying “Wow,” a lot.
I had the extremely good fortune of watching the episode where Bill talks to Scott Baio. It was true unintentional comedy at its finest; Shatner saying “Wow,” and “Oh my God,” and complimenting Baio throughout, while staring at the former Chachi intently.
I so wish I could find a clip of the episode online, but alas, I could not. Here’s a quick clip to whet your appetite for the show:

She texted him hello. They went out a few more times, and fell in love. And last week Molly Ray and Jason Phillips got married, where they met:
In the bullpen at Safeco Field. How sweet is that? Get the details here. Sadly, I couldn’t find any photos online of the bullpen all adorned with flowers.
However, I can give you a scene from the movie that perfected the marriage of baseball and love:
