So sick and tired of them claiming they give a damn about 9/11 first responders.
So sick and tired of the hypocrisy. The Republicans are all in favor of helping the 9/11 victims, until it conflicts with their desire to give more tax cuts for the damn wealthiest among us.

**I don’t really follow the NBA much anymore. I used to be a big admirer of LeBron, but then, you know, last summer happened and he turned into a douche bag.
But I have to admit I have noticed that after a decade of suckitude, the New York Knicks aren’t awful anymore. They play an exciting game, have a star in A’mare Stoudemire, and people are actually filling Madison Square Garden for games again.
My friend Tony Jones, a diehard Knicks fan, and I were talking tonight about how long it’s been since the building was full, since the Knicks have been so bad.
We imagined season-ticket holders who’ve boycotted or sold their ducats for years re-introducing themselves to each other.
“Hey Steve, how you doing? Haven’t seen you in a while!”
“Yeah Brian, I think I last saw you during the Ewing jersey retirement game, what was that, eight years ago?”
“Yeah, yeah, right! How are your little kids doing?”
“Well, Eddie’s in college now, and Sue is getting her doctorate. How’s Ellen?”
“She was two wives ago; during the Isiah era I was married to Harriet. I haven’t been with Ellen since Allen Houston still had two good knees.”
